If you prefer not to order by Email you can print out our order form and pay by cheque or credit card.

You can post or FAX us a normal official order, or send cheque with order, or order by email. You can also order by email if you wish to pay using electronic Learning Credits (eLCs). We also accept phoned orders provided you can quote us an official order number.

System requirements
Each package may be available in several versions. The System requirements section in each program description will tell you what versions are available and what you need to run the package. Please check this carefully, and specify exactly what machine you wish to use the software on when ordering.

Prices
Prices are quoted for using the software

• single user (on one machine)
• on up to 5 machines (which may be networked)
• on up to 10 machines (which may be networked)
• on an unlimited number of machines (networked or stand-alone) in a Primary school
• on an unlimited number of machines (networked or stand-alone) in a Secondary school
• single user - download now!
  With some of our programs you can buy the single user version of the software on-line with your credit card at a reduced price. You will be e-mailed with a username and password to allow you into the download area. Normally this will be withinn 48 hours.

If a school purchases an unlimited Primary or Secondary site licence, then we are happy for teachers at that school to install the program on their own machines. Then it can be used at home or wherever, just as a textbook. This only applies for teachers employed by a school with a full site licence, and only while they are actually employed by that school. If you leave, retire, go abroad or simply fade away then you must remove the program from your own machine - or, of course (and as we would much prefer!), buy a copy for your own use.

We can also provide licences for use on multiple machines in Universities or Colleges. It is best to get in touch with us directly for an exact quotation if you wish to purchase one of these more specialised licences. Use email if you like.

At any time you can upgrade your licence to include extra machines. This will cost you simply the difference in catalogue price, plus a small handling charge (currently £15). There is no handling charge if you upgrade within 30 days of your original invoice.

Delivery
We normally dispatch your order within 3 working days of our receiving it.

Post, packing and tax (VAT)
Postage and packing costs £4.25 for normal orders and £6.95 for heavy orders or those over £100 in value. There is a £13 charge for items delivered to very remote areas of the UK.

EU customers who are not registered for VAT must pay VAT at 17.5%. EU Customers outside the UK who are registered for VAT must supply us with their VAT number with order, when no VAT will be charged.
