We have always felt it important to make upgrades to our software available to users as cheaply as possible. You might want to upgrade to

• Get the latest version of the software
• Increase the number of machines you are licensed for
• Upgrade from a stand-alone version to a site licence.

Where you increase the number of machines you are licensed for, you will automatically get the latest version of the program, together with a new set of manuals. If you upgrade within 30 days of our original invoice, you just pay the difference in catalogue price between what you already have and what you want. After 30 days there is an additional handling charge (currently £15). See also our notes on VAT.

The prices below show the cost of some frequently requested upgrades to the latest version, exclusive of VAT. Any upgraded package automatically comes with new manuals.
You can use our online upgrade form to help provide us with the information we need to confirm your upgrade price.
The form can also be used to place an order for an upgrade if required.

Whatever upgrade you want, you must return our original master disk(s) or licence card(s) with your order to qualify for the upgraded price, unless you purchased directly from us and we can confirm your purchase details.
